Fresh fruit is great for any occasion. Add a few fruits to your baked items and you're sure to come up with a product that has a great taste.
Apple and Cranberry Upside down Cake
Topping:
50g butter
70g soft brown sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
2 Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored and sliced into thin rounds
25g dried cranberries, coarsely chopped
Cake ingrdients:
175g unsalted butter
50g margarine
160g castor sugar
1/8 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla essence 3 eggs
200g self-raising flour, sifted
40g dried cranberries
Grease a 20cm round baking tin. Put butter, soft brown sugar and cinnamon powder in a saucepan over very low heat. Stir constantly until sugar dissolves and mixture thickens slightly. Pour the mixture over the base of the tin. Keep aside a few apple slices and arrange the rest on the base of the tin. Spread the chopped cranberries in between the apples. Leave aside.
Beat butter, margarine, sugar, salt and essence until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at time, beating well after each addition.
Fold in sifted flour and stir in cranberries and the remaining apple slices to mix.
Transfer batter to prepared tin and bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for 15 minutes. Reduce the temperature to 170 C and continue to bake for another 40 minutes.
Banana Chocolate Cake
200g ripe bananas, peeled and mashed
240g self-raising flour 3/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 tsp salt
4 eggs
185g butter
10g cake emulsifier
180g castor sugar
50ml milk
1 tsp vanilla essence
Grease sides and line the base of a 20 cm round tin with baking paper; grease paper.
Sift flour, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda and cocoa powder together. Stir in salt to mix. Beat eggs, half the sugar and emulsifier until thick and fluffy, then add in mashed bananas to mix. Fold in sifted dry ingredients, blend well then stir in milk and essence.
Cream butter and remaining sugar until light. Add banana mixture and blend until well combined. Turn mixture into the prepared tin.
Bake in preheated oven at 170 C for 1 hour or until cooked through when a skewer inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
Cherry Almon Cake
130g plain flour
2/3 tsp baking powder
30g ground almonds
100g fresh cherries, pitted and halved
200g butter
155g castor sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla essence
4 eggs
3 tbsp apricot brandy (optional)
Extra 7-8 fresh cherries, pitted and halved (to be used as topping)
Grease and line a 20 x 13 cm loaf pan with baking paper; grease paper. Preheat oven to 180 C.
Sift flour and baking powder into a bowl. Stir in ground almonds to mix.
Beat butter, sugar and essence until light and creamy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Fold in sifted flour mixture in two batches. Add apricot brandy to mix followed by the cherries. Use a spatula to combine.
Spread mixture into the prepared pan. Arrange extra halved cherries on the batter and bake for 40 minutes or until the cake is cooked through.
Note: Apricot brandy can be replaced with milk or any fruit juice of your choice.

Long time no posting... have lesser time than before because I've got a job now. Recruited on 7th October 2010. It is an IT service, maintenance and outsource company. And I like my job cause it gives me opportunity to develop myself and implement my own ideas about recruiting people and screened the candidate to the users. It's hard at the beginning because I have to clean up the mess from the person that I replaced. There are some pending jobs.. But now its getting better.I hope in the future it will be more organized candidates database that we have. And thanks got that I have partner, If not I would hang myself (kidding).

A new single from NS Yunji. I do not know her yet, but I kinda like her song. It is a dance song like Sondambi "Saturday night" or Baek Ji Young "My Ear Candy" ... owww just decide it for yourself lah... hehehehe

Next is from Mighty Mouth feat Kim Hee Sun. I love to hear the voice of Kim Hee Sun in this song. It's just a sweet song and it combined with this duo creative rapper. I missed her acting .... T_T

Ah these girls already ended their "A" promotion and comeback with "Mach". Still I do not know what this song about. Definitely about love. And it is a smooth dance song not as aggression like "A" with their abs dance....

New Song From 남녀공학(Co-Ed), Beige feat Ryeowook, T-ara and Miss A
Life is harder when you feel so.... useless.... everything is so wrong. Well, again music is my running away from reality.Trying to read in Hangeul but still don't understand the meaning *sigh*. It also happen when I try to read Japan character. Always stuck when I see Kanji characters. *SIGH* Have a lot to learn. Let's Go!!!!
남녀공학(Co-Ed) - Too Late (Part.1)
They are new group which contain boys and girls. It is rare to see mixed gender group although there are already B2K and..... who else... Koyote.... Roora ..... but this group has 10 members. 6 boys and 4 girls. They debuting with dance pop song. It is a brave movement from Core Contents Media to create mixed idol group. Hope they can have love from their fans and success for their debut.

A Collaboration between Super Junior member, Ryeowook, with singer Beige. It is a sweet song if I can tell you. Ryeowook have a light voice of a male singer. Which is I don't like it. He sounds like male teenager to me.
티아라 (T-ara) - 하늘땅 별땅
This is a comeback song from T-ara. It's kinda disappointing for some reason. The song is a cover version of other singer... I do not know who...It said that this song is not having a good response in any charts and they are in below position on music charts. I guess their comeback is a failure one. It is still a single though. I hope they have another song to promote. T-ara .. Fighting!!!
Miss A - Breathe
The JYP girls is back. I can tell you that they are much better than Wonder Girls. Their new song is having a cute rhythm and I like it. I can't stop playing it. And I guess breath is popular title right now. Beast also released their comeback with "Soom" which means breath. There are also IssaxSoulja, Japanese duo, also released Breath as their song title. Yes I think we have to breath to stay alive =P
ARgh why the weather is not friendly these days. I can't continue because it's gonna rain... Ussually the connection will be getting worst and there is a possibility of having lightning. and I don't want my modem have a lightning crashed again. So .... see you later....

I'm feeling worst than this morning.. I don't know why. A feeling of unwanted, useless, alienated, or whatever it sounds bad. When I hear anything that is annoying I feel so terrible and it shows on my face. I can't control what is on my face. But I'd rather be quite... Cos everything comes out from my mouth is bad things. And they will not like it. And hearing music and sing to it makes me a little bit better. Still I have to face my problems. But I attend to run away from it. I don't want to have confrontation with family. Strange, cos I have a good relation with people outside my family. It's just weird even for me.

What I can tell about this singer. I have to admit that she kinda failed. I thought she would bring more upbeat rhythm cos I know that she can do break dancing and all kind of dances. But this song is not too bad. The one that she have to fix is her performance. And wardrobe. Who is in charge with her wardrobe by the way. She needs the bling bling you know. Or you should change agency. Hahahahaha... just kidding. Kim Sori..Hwaiting!!!!
